We take our customer service very seriously. Sputnik Pots are designed to last a lifetime and it is because of this that we want to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their products. We’ve listed some useful guidelines below to ensure we are all on the same path.  Don’t hesitate to contact us if you would like to have a chat!

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your purchase is defective in any way we ask that you contact us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve the problem with you. Sputnik Pots are designed for indoor & outdoor use. High performance colour durability is guaranteed in all Australian weather conditions. 

SALE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds on sale items.

COLOUR VARIATIONS

Colours viewed on screens may vary to finished products. We recommend collecting paint samples prior to ordering Sputnik Pots if you are having any doubts in your colour choice. Paint colours are listed next to products. We will not refund for any incorrect colour choice made by the customer.  

PRODUCT SAFETY

Please take care when handling. It is recommended you use trolleys when shifting larger Sputnik Pots. Sputnik Pots accepts no responsibility for any injuries which could occur in result of handling Sputnik Pots.  

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment will be taken at time of purchase. Custom, Wholesale and Special Order Payment Terms will be agreed in writing before orders are commenced.

You do not have any rights in relation to our designs, trademarks, copyright and all other intellectual property relating to Sputnik Pots and our products and/or images related to this website. Reproduction of any of the above can only be granted if you have received written consent from the owners of Sputnik Pots. All reproductions of Sputnik Pots items are strictly prohibited.
